Privacy policy
This explains what Noah General Group Inc. collects when you use CotrievalAI, and what it never sees.
What we collect

What we do not collect
Your prompts, uploads, images, video, audio and model outputs go directly to your machine over HTTPS that ends on that machine. They do not pass through our servers, and we do not store them. When the booking ends the machine and its disk are deleted.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare hosts the website and API, sends our emails and runs the Turnstile check on sign-in.
- Google Cloud runs the machines you book.
- Stripe and Link take payments and issue receipts.
- Google signs you in, if you choose Sign in with Google.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your account until you delete it. When you delete it we remove your email, name and sign-in data; booking and payment records are kept without them for as long as tax law requires.
Your choices
You can change your name and sign out everywhere in Settings, delete your account there, or write to us to see or correct what we hold.
