Terms of service

CotrievalAI is run by Noah General Group Inc. ("NGG", "we"). By creating an account or booking a machine you agree to these terms.

The service

We rent you, by the hour, a machine in Google Cloud running an open model: the Confidential GPU (ComfyUI with Qwen-Image 2.1 and MiniMax H3) or GLM-5.3-Flash. Each machine is made for one booking and deleted when it ends. Machines run on Spot capacity, which Google can reclaim at short notice, and a machine type may not be free when you book. We do not promise any particular availability or speed.

Payment and refunds

Acceptable use

The models are uncensored, and what you do with them is your responsibility. You must not use CotrievalAI to:

We do not watch what runs on your machine. If we learn of a breach, from a report, a legal request or a signal at the infrastructure level, we may end the booking and close the account without a refund.

Your content

What you send to your machine and what it produces belong to you. We do not access it, and it is deleted with the machine. Save anything you want to keep before the booking ends; we cannot recover it.

Ending your account

You can delete your account in Settings once no booking is running. We may close accounts that break these terms.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, NGG is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
